Frequently asked questions

Is the €1 a subscription?

No. You pay €1 once and get access for 30 days. When it ends, you are not charged again. If you want, you pay again.

Can I list as an agent?

No. The platform accepts owners or their legal representatives only. Agent listings are removed without refund.

What happens when a Standard listing expires?

It is withdrawn automatically after 14 days. We notify you two days before. If you want, you renew with a new payment. Never automatically.

How long does the review take?

Usually under 24 hours. The plan days start when the listing is approved, not when you pay.

Do I need an energy performance certificate (EPC)?

Yes. Since 1 January 2021 every sale or rental listing in Greece must state the property's energy class (Law 4122/2013). The field is mandatory.
