1. What the platform is

Domatrades is a hosting service for property listings posted directly by owners. It is not a real estate agency: it does not point out opportunities for a fee, does not mediate negotiations and takes no part in any lease or sale contract.

2. Who may list

Owners or their legal representatives only. Listing by agents or agencies is prohibited. Listings that breach this rule are removed without refund.

3. Payments

All payments are one-off: there is no subscription, no automatic renewal and we never store your card. Prices include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Right of withdrawal

For digital services activated immediately with your express consent, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends upon activation, as you declare before paying.

5. Reports and content removal

Any user can report a listing. We review every report and, if we remove content, we inform the poster of the reason and how to contest it.
