2. What we collect

Account details (name, email, optional phone), listing details (description, photos, area; the exact address is never published), payment details (via Stripe; we never see your card) and technical security data.

3. Why

To perform the contract (account, listings, payments), for our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, listing review) and, with your consent, to show your phone number to interested seekers.

4. Who we share it with

With the processors that work on our behalf: Neon (database, Frankfurt), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). A message you send to an owner goes to that owner only.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. Write to privacy@domatrades.com. You may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
